The company also has appointed a new executive team to steer the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. She will oversee the management and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

Joao Paulo worked for a total of twenty years at Unilever before joining Natura. He held several posts, including Vice President Supply Chain. His last position at the company was Vice President of Operations & Logistics.

Acosta is among the most senior executives at Avon. He joined Avon in 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. Charles Herington, the Company’s Executive Chairman, will report directly to this position.

He spent many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has vast experience creating consumer-focused businesses and setting up them in emerging markets. He is also an investor and a member of the board at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In addition, he has been responsible for the development of a new approach to social selling that is digital.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as an apprentice in management. He has worked in Europe as well as the United Kingdom. In the past, he held high-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.
