It took me a very long time to grasp what my director meant when he mentioned "there couldn't be any normal scenes on this movie." We were sitting in a small production office discussing the script I had written for our undertaking - a small-price range independent movie - and my director had a really clear imaginative and prescient of what he wanted the movie to be. This imaginative and prescient was so clear that he firmly acknowledged "there couldn’t be any normal scenes on this movie."

At first, I was confused as a result of the script I had written certainly had some "normal scenes". However, after speaking with the director more, I started to understand what he meant. It was not about having regular or mundane scenes, however as a substitute it was about challenging the audience to suppose in another way about the reality of the narrative we have been creating.

He wanted to create a movie that pushed boundaries and wasn’t afraid to ask hard questions. He wanted each scene to be different and to maneuver the story in unique and fascinating ways. He wished the audience to be taken on a thought-frightening journey by way of the characters’ lives.

To attain this imaginative and prescient, the director wished me to concentrate on writing scenes that contained strong visual photos that would inspire the viewers to concentrate and (source) think differently about what was taking place. He needed every scene to inform a story inside a story.

Writing for this movie was a singular challenge. I was consistently having to push myself out of my consolation zone and suppose of how to make each scene greater than only a typical dialog between characters. I needed to provide you with artistic methods to indicate the story and keep it attention-grabbing.

This method meant I might now not rely on the standard character dialogue to explain what was occurring in the scene. Instead, I had to rely closely on motion and visible representations. I additionally needed to rely on symbolism inside the scenes to help clue the viewers in as to what was taking place.

Though this new method was challenging and took me some time to regulate to, I started to understand and recognize what the director was attempting to attain with his statement that "there couldn’t be any regular scenes on this movie." It was an exciting problem to create scenes that had never been achieved before.

The top result was a movie that pushed boundaries and forced the audience to assume otherwise about every scene. We have been all really pleased with the end product and everybody involved had a fantastic time creating this unique and thrilling movie.
